You had all right but the idle time at a light or in stopped traffic,if you are on line 3 the idle time is charged to trip miles and does not change your idle percentage if you do not believe me go to option and bring up your idle, over speed and over rpm board and then hit enter it will show you at a light it will say idle-trip miles. Not that it matters but it could be helpful to other drivers.

Could you have made your font any larger?

Please do your homework as you have alluded that you'll be doing. And hopefully your next place of employment will be a better experience than the last one...

Very painful indeed... Input? A lot of "he said, she said" in what I read. Where is the fact? Kinda like "where's the beef" Where's the fact?

The training wage for Schneider was $250 a week (I think) and I ran like a solo would (not as a team = no drive 24hrs a day). 2-4 weeks for training -which is fairly fast.

I started out at 26cpm+2cpm bonus -2cpm per diem. Got rid of the per diem as fast as I could. I believe Schneider's starting wage is closer to 30cpm now -which is a much better deal than I got and fair, but the schooling payback is 2yrs now (1yr for me).

After 2yrs you really want 35-40cpm minimally.

With any big, not all the accounts pay the same or are a good deal for drivers = there is a reason they are looking for drivers for some of these accounts all the time. =Warning!!

have you driven for Werner? or are you just another one of the "Ive never worked for them, but my boyfriend/girfriend/lover worked for them and they had a horrible time, but they got fired because of too many accidents, so it is all Werners fault because they are a big dirtbag company, waaaaaaah"

    why are they such dirtbags?

Yeah, that did seem like allot of babbling but I respect his opinion. That’s why I registered to this forum. Take the good, take the bad, and make my own decision.

I also respect anyone's opinion but what I have issues with is that a lot of people who bash Werner or any other carrier, have never ever even walked next to one of their trucks let alone worked for that particular company. Where's the fact?

You do make an excellent point. I can’t find the fact either.
