Stafford transfer Inc. STAY AWAY PEOPLE

First off they bought a contract off C&W and said to C&W's management"We want the drivers that are working with this contract to work for us"

Stafford told us you will make as much and if not more with us!

Not happening, rather than pay by the ton we were being paid by the load. by the Ton we would get on the average $65-71 per load. When they got us on board, they paid us 45 a load no matter what. They kept what they were paying us secret until our first paycheck,that is when we all asked what we were making! And then the General Manager said " it is what it is"

They also said they are there for us"support wise. They're GM went home # 4:00 no matter who was left out working trying to get the job done.
Thanks for leaving us out there when we had problems!

Also that there was no senority, "If you do a good job thats all that matters" NOT

The GM is hispanic and his buddies all got the good runs, better paying runs.

We would be driving "The newest trucks on the road" NOT I was driving an 04 Kenworth that was beaten to death before I got it, Bad transsmission,Driver seat was crap, and it had off road tires on it so it rode like crap. While his buddies were driving 09 Freightliners!

My back hurt after just 60 days of driving this thing.They knew all this and they said we are getting new trucks soon. Not happening people.

And the trailers were pieces of crap bought out fo a field in Louisiana and they brought them down to Florida with out checking them out real good.We were blamed for them breaking down because they were crap!!!

Yet The Hispanics were damaging trailers,Blowing tires that were not pretripped right, and they got away with murder.

Yet I'm the last of three white boys to quit and If I had a problem I was watched even closer than my Hispanic counter parts.


I had the experience of a lifetime and this will be with me forever, I was the minority involed in this Racist crap that took place.
