Where at, I will have someone check! Or if you are with Swift, call in and get a reward on them.

The ones that are air ride are usually pretty good. They pull sweet and true. Some of those MS trailers are in better shape than the T series trailers and even some of the 54 and 50 series I've pulled.

Those 08 trailers are sweet though. Really sharp looking trailers, except for the one I saw tagged with graffiti in Gary, IN lol.

BTW Vick, who do you call for trailers parked in suspicious places, I've seen a few that looked out of place.

I doubt my dm would give me a reward lol.

I was always curious about the 800 number on the trailers, you know the one about equipment sitting more than 24 hours? I've wanted to call it a couple times to see if they could get me a load since the planners seem to have a difficult time doing so recently lol.

Actually I've been moving okay lately but it's definitely slowed down for sure.

Last winter a Swift reefer trailer sat in Antwerp, OH right along US24 for 6 weeks, I called every Saturday Morn and left a message on it, finally after 5 weeks I got hold of a real person and they asked me what the heck I wanted them to do about it, and I told them that it had been sitting there for 5 weeks, and now was plowed up to the top of the wheels in snow and I figured that they might want it. It then sat there another week, I emailed the safety dept and the following Mon it was gone--no thanks, no reward, nothing--not that I care, but they never even offered it.

The reward is only given to Swift drivers, unless the program has changed recently.

Going to be in the area that I saw the trailers next week , if they are still there I will call or at least get the story about them from whoever has the place they were sitting at if possible.

Freight is real bad, I am not looking forward to Jan-March. I would just call Phoenix, ask for the Equipment Control Coordinator. Let them know on suspicious trailers. Most of our equipment has trailer tracking, its the older ones that have been lost that don't, and we need to find them to install. Usually a trailer is not listed as missing for a few months.
