No one disagrees with your position, kickingdeer. We have a problem when someone comes on here and makes statements about the company and they haven't even driven for them. For example, Timtruck, by his own admission, did not make it past orientation with Swift and yet was listing "facts" and supposed negative experiences/feelings about Swift. Most of his "facts" were untrue. He even proved to be untruthful about the number of companies he drove for. We understand the importance of a person telling THEIR experience, good or bad at a company. Unfortunately, too many come on here and share truck stop talk and actually have no personal experience. OR, if they have had a negative experience and someone rebuts that with their positive experience, all of a sudden the one with a positive experience is in the wrong and called names like "recruiter" or "cheerleader".

All together now:

Give me an "S"
Give me a "W"
Give me an "I"
Give me an "F"
Give me a "T"

What's that spell? S - W - I - F - T
Swift! Swift! Rah! Rah! Rah!

Actually, I just like to see people share true and believable experiences whether good or bad and for whatever company they have worked for. People need to hear both sides without embellishment.

This thread has gotten much more readable since I found my "ignore button". Now I don't have to read the same dribble over and over from the same posters.

Very true, I actually knew drivers that loved the company, I was actually one of them, until the screwed me over with my pay. Something that's only going to happen to one in a million, I was the unlucky one.

I almost bought my daughter a onsy that said, "another swift delivery" you guys remember this stuff from the swift online store? Reminded me of the swift cheerleader remark.

But you have to remember.. this happened in 2001. So things may have changed since then.

Ok, I can personally say I did not have much broad experience for Swift in 2001. I was still an onsite manager in NY. Thank you for listing the date, and I do believe you. Swift has come a long ways from those days, and a post like yours I can use as a milemarker for how far we have come.

Thanks
