This is to say with regret that we have to file a lawsuit against pacer transportation on a pending payment for $2125 for a load delivered on January 14th 2011 from Newportville, PA to Ardmore OK. The promise of payment was within 30 days but as of today (60 days later) the payment has not been received yet. They have been transferring us to one person to the other (recorded conversations as proof upon request) without any payment as of today. What we have received a check for $24 which was given to us because the rate sheet was $25 less than the agreed amount of $2000.00 with Craig Webber. At this point they owe us $2125+ 10% for abuse of time and aggravation ($2337.50). Please proceed on this asap thanks .
I have also attached their insurance and bond info.

Here is an email from them saying that they have mailed the check some one else we should resolve with them.

We have no idea what you are talking about, the check does not say East American Carriers on it who delivered the load. Who is Apex? We have never mentioned even once in our comunications. I have attached a revised invoice for your convenience, please pay promptly to East American Carriers. Only certified mail is acceptable at this time. Thanks
