What exactly happened? The bulk of your complaint is that you were asked to run illegal. If that is the case, and as an experienced driver, you should certainly know how to address that issue if and when it comes up.

I didn't expect the same kind of Know it alls that argue on the C.B. on this site ,MY Bad I should have Known Better.

Who's arguing? I merely pointed out that what you offered is kinda going a little overboard, and it doesn't make a lotta sense.

You don't need to authorize any changes made to your posts. You used a phrase that is not welcome in the public sections of the forums, and I cleaned it up to express the same thing you offered. Rather than to make a big deal over it, I took care of it discreetly and without fanfare.

Im sorry I sturd up a rucase,By the way to the know it alls If you are stoped for any reason and they find you some place a head of your log book and you are cross any state lines,It's a felloine
|
In some states, ANY falsification is a felony act, and that will usually only be sought in a case where a serious accident occured. But here's the thing...who can MAKE anyone falsify an entry? No one. There isn't a dispatcher or a company on the face of this earth that can MAKE me falsify a logbook entry.
It's real simple. You just say...no. You put the ball in that game, right back in their court to play with.

also log book violations will run in the naborhood of around $11,000.00

Now I'm going to argue with you. I know of no driver alive or dead, that has EVER received a fine that high. The highest fine I have EVER read, that was given to a driver, was $5,000, and that was levied in a case where the driver was involved in an extremely serious accident where five people died.
Companies receive fines in that range, and they are only assessed in the most outrageous cases of failing to manage and verify entries made in logs.

so by all means get after it make all that good money you think your making,Get involved in a fatality I will visit you in prison if you like. Thanks for the oppertunity to express myself and I won't put any more on your site.

I take it from that response, that you feel that I was supporting illegal logging. I most certainly do not. But you know the difference between you and I? I wouldn't have applied for a job at Knight Transportation. One look at their safety numbers would have told me all I needed to know about them.
I suppose if you are that thin skinned, that you will not address the content of what you offer, and accept a little criticism, then no one can stop you.
What a shame.
