I'm admin on a site that is far less restrictive than this site. And that two time loser would have been gone long before you guys did. Ya'll certainly gave him the benefit of doubt. Attacking a mod or admin is one sure fire way to have the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya on the way out.

I hear alot of arguments on the CB about "Ive got more experience then you" and its just a ego trip!
It also needs to be pointed out that experience, regardless of length, can be good or bad. For example, back when I was in the building trades, I figured out in a hurry that just because someone has been doing something for 20 years, is not a lock cinch guarantee that they have been doing that something right all that time.

Angry Knight Transportation, Inc. - Phoenix, Az.

I worked with Knight for only one month. In this time I put a scratch on a trailer and in the dark morning hours knocked down about 5 foot of round tube. I was let go. But was told to come back when I have more experience. If they were a real company why wasn't I given the option to go out with a trainer for a couple weeks and then if anything else happened then let me go. Since September 23 of 2006 I have not been able to get hired from any company. Being black balled by Knight. My advice stay away from them. I am now screwed and I never even got the chance to drive.

So you are saying you were experienced and they did not check you out and you had these problems, or you were new to driving and they did not send you with a trainer.

to your reply

I was kinda new. I had about 7 months experience and then had dealings with knight. I asked about a trainer and they said I didn't need one and they didn't really deal with training people.

Well to me what ever you think is your opinion. But to have a company can you instead of putting you with a senior driver was crap. I asked to be put with another driver maybe team for awhile. I was told I would be fine. When they let me go, I asked if I would have a hard time finding another driving job they told me no. Bull I have been looking for a job since sept 23 06....I have wasted $ 5,400 in a CDL that thinks to Knight I can not use!!!!!!
