    I have a few questions to tow614 if you don't mind sharing ?

    Do they hire new CDL grads ?

    What type truck and trans ?

    Apu ?

    Do they train ?

    What about orientation, pay, hotel, food etc......?

    And what is the pay per mile ?

    Sorry to tell you but 1 year minimum experience is required.

    2013 Cascadias with 10 speeds and 2014 International C10 with automatics.

    All trucks have apu's and starting pay is .37 cpm

    I assume you do not have a cdl yet but on an individual review basis they will consider 6 to 12 month experience.

    I have been driving here since March 2014. They
    dont do any training or hire CDL graduates just
    out of school. You need at least 2 years of recent
    driving also. The pay starts at 37 cpm with a 3 cpm safety/ fuel bonus paid quarterly.Adds up to 40 cpm. They are looking for experienced drivers
    with a good safe driving record.

    No problem...keep me posted on your decision and check back. I know they recently considered a student program but the insurance was too high. Things could change.

    I am in Flowood MS, getting some roll stock
    unloaded. They told me on Friday I am supposed
    to get a load from West Monroe to Irwindale Ca,
    after this. Call me any time i hope all is well with you...

    I think a company with a good training program is
    Crete / Shaffer out of Lincoln NE. I drove for Schaffer but wasnt happy there. I think they do have a decent training program though.
