Seems like Michelle and Andy have to get the boot if Evans is going to survive ....there's two majors in this industry and that's ....DRIVERS AND EQUIPMENT ...without drivers no one has a job without equipment no one has a job
the rest like dispatchers, load planners, payroll, people on power trips and such ARE EXPENDABLE ...hopefully tim and jim will realize who holds the power cards ...DRIVERS AND EQUIPMENT
Evans Equipment - Butler, IN.....A very bad company!

Their trucks are 2005 to 2007 & newer Internationals , over a million miles on them / with alot of breakdown time . They tell you , you get a $2500 sign-on bonus , but only if you complete their rules . I thought it was more like a compliance bonus . You will get it every earned quarter @ $675 over 4 weeks @ $168.75 per week ! They advertise "direct deposit" but do not have it set-up yet . You also have to stay out 12 to 14 days with 2 days off . They have whats called "accelerated pay" , first 6 weeks pay checks each week you get it a day later until the 7th week when they say it will always be sent out on Monday & in your account on Wednesday if & when the "Direct Deposit" is implemented !
You get a $400/day fuel allotment, unless you call your DM & ask to have it raised . Also at times they will send out a "Message" telling NOT to fuel until they send a "go ahead" message meaning funds were transferred & it is now OK to fuel !
This is all true & no ANGER added ! LOLLast edited: Apr 5, 2014
