I have only gotten one referal and there are plenty on here that will tell you that I have suggested other companies. I don't do this to make money. The bonus is nice if you get one, but my reputation means more to me. I just picked up a 800+mile drop for monday. Seems they run me more than you.

Why do some drivers make good money and some don't? Seems to me I would be willing to listen to someone if they were doing well. If you want to do well in any job talk to and listen to the ones who do well, not the ones who don't. If you are so unhappy and not making anything why stay with them? I might add nice little touch there about making it sound like I am a recruiter. I see; someone does well with them and to offset how you feel you make little jabs about them. You ever stop to think if you act like that, that might be why you are not getting the miles? Maverick expects a lot from their drivers. You represent them. Positive goes a long ways. They just don't want someone to hold a steering wheel. Lot's of companies do that. They want someone who reflects a good image for them. That is how business's keep customers.

loves maverick

seems to me that you got me all figured out wrong i love maverick and this is the best job i've ever had maverick is a good company, but its well known that theres is no perfect company, just yesterday i talked to a least 4 mavs while waiting for my p.u. appointment ( got there real early just might get lucky and load early no such luck) and they all said the same thing miles down and checks small but oh well those drivers and me according to you are the grumpy, dissatisfied, dumb rollers you could not be farther from the truth. I've been driving for a little over a year tough far from experienced believe me i learned thanks to good advice how to drive smart real soon, 800 miles? just a guess they kept you out? i kinda remember thats the minimun guaranteed miles when you dont go home for the weekend, i got a 700 mile run to start the week not a stellar begining by any means but hey far better than nothing

No I got home late friday night. I never said that freight was booming. I am waiting a lot more now too. What I said was you were calling me out saying it was sounding like I was lying about my pay. Another driver said the same thing and I posted a pic of my pay on Q comm. You made it sound like I make money off recruiting. I have not deleted last weeks pay yet. I can post it. It is not bonuses from fuel or recruiting. It is from driving. I am not lying about my pay. I am not posting rosey pictures like you claim. The differnce between you and me is I have worked for good and bad companies. I have something to compare maverick too. Mav has been by far my best company. I am still making decent money with them. I am not bringing home the 1200 right now, but still I am in my avg of 800-1200. Sometimes 700 a few times 600 +, but I can't complain.
You are the one that got on the defensive accusing me of recruiting and making claims that were not true. People on here know my rep. There are several that I have helped get jobs with and it was not maverick. They send me questions and some call me for advise on things. I help drivers when I can. Esp the new guys starting out. A lot of them never went to maverick and I do all that I can do to help them.

good god! i would really appreciate if you take that image of me out of your head i love maverick, best job i've had, i know what maverick expects of me and trust me i deliver, there are a lot of reasons why i like maverick some of them are that they are big on respect, safety and how they are represented by us

i guess this has gone long and far enough....
just to make myself clear.
#1: i really like maverick and think highly of them
#2: i am not negative, filthy, grumpy or otherwhise dissatisfied
#3: not getting a whole lot of miles due to slowdown
#4: have good comunication with dispatcher
#5: in no way shape or form it would upset me that some one does better than me in fact thats good because they probably need it more than me.
