Kind of childish to say the only reason why I haven't been let go is because I post about how good maverick has been to me. I try to avoid NLR. The shop takes to long to do anything. I lose too much time there. I go to the other yards and never have any problems getting in and out of the shop. My favorite is madison. I don't even like the truck wash at NLR. Truck looks worse after you wash it there.
I don't think it's childish or far fetched....and I guess you are that nieve....
None the less, I didn't mean to imply that your being on here is the only reason you stay employed....obviously from your posts you plan your #### and try to do it right (though I have to wonder how you manage to get on here so much....but that's your deal).

And as far as going to Madison, man Im all with you. They are way better. I had one of their mechanics come out and listen to my truck- send it to freightliner for an engine tear down- the freightliner mechinic thought nothing was wrong with it- tell he tore it down. That's where I always tried to go also.

and nlr's wash does suck ###....

Maverick Specialized

Maverick Transportation and Maverick Specialized are 2 different animals. I can only speak about Maverick Specialized, I would rather throw 2 lumber tarps, haul steel coils and throw steel tarps , or any other system freight that specialized hauls with all the brokered loads. I don't have much to say about NLR ( good or bad), but do yourself selves a favor, stay away from Specialized, lying, cheating, son of a #######...(mostly lying) ask at least 10 drivers in Specialized , and you will understand. Whole lotta work , for peanuts. (live loads) (Mt. Zion) (Spring Green) ect.. not bad in (Springhill), whole lotta work for preloads (Ottawa) loaders like to drink in parking lot , but cant do the work they need too..try to make drivers wait so long , that they will come load it...#### them...they get PAID to do it... (Wichita Falls) getting better ...some good places though (DeWitt) (Corsicana) ect...great loaders there...do really good jobs in my opinion...Do not take my word for it, ASK THE DRIVERS, Training I had there in my opinion was great, had a excellent trainer on the road, I mean EXCELLENT...fleet manager wasn't bad...operations manager...piece of ####. To the drivers of Specialized, my deepest respect, you guys and gals do a great job, bust your ###, and should drive with the dignity you deserve. To the MaverickTransportation guys, Thanks for your help the first few times I had coils...to the experienced drivers..thanks...i don't have to say why...they know how much they helped the unexperienced drivers....and the appreciation is there, my respect to all of you.. I know i have done it and seen you witth my own eyes...When I see a Maverick Driver on the road i will show you all the respect in the world. You deserve it. I am no longer working for Maverick...I did get some great experience...learned alot...and will be grateful...I hope those that read this don't think I am dissing Maverick, isnt my intention...they do have some personnel in office jobs they need to scrutinize...and thats my take...
