lets say the company has a 60% REAL turnover rate(low by industry standards), with 1500 employee's,that would mean that they replace roughly 900 employee's every year.. (one "position" might have 3 different people or more in it during that one year)
this would come out to at least 17 people hired every single week, throw in a terrible safestat score, poor pay and benefits, sub par equipment and it ends up requiring a recruiting TEAM to be able to fill those positions, positions that are going to be vacant, for any number of reasons, let alone if they want to expand. they literally are looking for that person that not only fits within their insurance requirements, but someone that doesnt know much about their company,or someone that cant do better.
it is likely that you will be lied to,infact you should expect it,whether its a blatant lie or just a half truth...alot of these companies NEED to lie to get people in the door.Last edited: Oct 2, 2011
