This company has a retarded teacher for they do not ever walk thru any steps to check for a compliance in dot regs when hiring drivers and there equipment is trashy and they will fix only items that fall off and not protect you from any health risk or weighstation dot inspection

 

Do not drive a truck they refuse to fix. I know we all have to work to support our family, but start looking for a job. The ticket you receive now will make it hard to fine a good job. Yes you are between a rock and hard place.

 

I am due for orientation next week for a tanker position that delivers between Washington and California I stated I just wanted to stay them three states... they told me it starts off .40 per mile..

Remember Trucking companies are required to compensate drivers for their time working, Either by and agreed salary, or compensation for miles driven so much per mile or by the hour or a combination of the two. So take this into consideration, a driver driving at .45 cents per mile driving in California vs Arizona New Mexico or Texas
with the Speed limit in communist controlled California at 55 for big rigs you are taking an $8 dollar pay cut working in this state! This is including the time doing a pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection GO DO THE MATH!
A driver driving 10 hours can legally log 550 miles in California and in Arizona driving 10 hours can log 750 miles so why take an $8 dollar PAY CUT to drive in California?

 

Worked for this company almost 2 years. Home frequently. 1500 take home / 2 wks. Get treated fair.

Dispatch is under some heavy pressure for sure.
Every day I look at other sites for a job. Perfect CSA. Just don't see anything better.
I takes a while of getting kicked around for sure. I'm glad that most people don't make it really. Nothing against any of Ya.
