your contract will state no forced dispatch don't do as the idiots say and they will call it a bad business relationship and terminate your contract,they weill charge you for flats on chassis (the tires are 10yr old casings with new caps) charge you for damage to there awful looking containers that have been trashed for years terminal managers see to it.
However they do have a good recruitment program as needed for there turnover rate they promise you lots and you get nothing the worthless bobtail insurance they offer you covers nor you or your truck in any way you have to pay 40.00 month for blackberry phone that by law you do not also they say you must have EOBR installed in your truck they want you to believe it's only for logs to make it easier on yourself but in reality it's for them to track you and make you do street turns that are a considersable loss to OO's pay plus 2 hr del time and pickup time lost with no detention pay.
