They said they had plenty of work in East Texas area. NOT TRUE
soon after I started they said I had to go to PA
Said they had good trailers to lease. NOT TRUE
No air-ride,not DOT inspected,no insurance on trailer
Vertex the company they get the loads from were constantly telling our trucks to get OFF THE RIGS AND NEVER COME BACK
Stated you get paid demerrge when your loaded. NOT TRUE
You will get loaded and then have an appointment time to be at the staging area to be unloaded. Loaded 10am appointment time 7am the next day you will sit unpaid
Worst investment of time and $12,000 I ever made.

 

That company did just as I stated. They sent many driver down the same road. Just ask them how many of the drivers left the company the time I did. There were 10 guys hired about the time I was and how many work there now? NONE Come on Mark you know what you did and so does everyone else. Hell your friends told me not to trust you. Why did Vertex kick your company off the rigs? Did you lease me a trailer that had working lights? Did you tell me to drive it anyway...Yes Was the trailer DOT inspected? NO Were most all the trailers you leased barely road worthy? Did your father in law have to step in and take over the trailer leases? DID YOU TELL ME YOU WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY? What happened when I said "Well it's time for me to get lawyer? NO GAVE MY MONEY BACK! All I said Mark was not to trust you not the truth that your a lying #######. You know who you are Mark and how you lie. And even if I don't make it Mark I will know that I did not lie and cheat my way there. HUH Just get here and tell the truth Mark. I will gladly go back and forth with because EVERYONE SHOULD KNOWS HOW YOU ARE. Maybe you can tell them how you refer to your drivers "Stupid-### whiners" right hell they just didn't like being ###### by you. The truth is your USING YOUR WIFE'S DADDY'S MONEY TO CHEAT OTHERS OUT OF EVEN MORE SO YOU CAN BUY SOME NEW TRUCKS AND TRAILERS. HOW IS THAT FOR THE TRUTH. So you just keep cheating your father-in-law and all those drivers out of money.....what a way to live! You are a PERFECT example of who NOT to work for.

Strange how Mark never had anything else to say. I quit Mark not got fired so what do you mean cannot be a truck driver. You wanted me to go to PA not quit. I never blasted until you made that cheap comment. I simple told the truth. I realize you were just starting the company! But you did change my contract and charge me $2500 one week when my contract said $625 a week. What was you statement "well you still have enough for fuel right" Trailer was not DOT inspected and did not have working lights
ALL I WANTED WAS TO MAKE MONEY. MAYBE YOU HAVE CLEANED UP YOUR ACT. But the fact is you
sent a guy out to unload sand that didn't even have a blower on his truck...#### just think how he felt.
My training was zip. Thank God for the drivers who helped me out that first time. Blowing the sand off is easy but you should have at least done it a few times. You finally came out on day four I think it was so thanks for that.
I start hauling frac sand again next week and I will see your trucks out there (or do they belong to someone else also) if I hear differently I will gladly update this to reflect the changes y'all have made.
Honestly, I just feel for Lynn I can only think how hard you must have made her relationship with her dad. And your right truck driver I may not be I has always viewed myself as a independent business owner.
