    like to warn female students that might want to drive for covenant transport please beware of the lies they will tell u and i was given a master trainer i left covenant transport 4 months ago and i just got out off school and hired there they lied to me about pay gave me 350 dollers a week i did met some nice people there but what happen to me changed my mind about finishing training and doing what i like to do but i guess walmart will be safer then going back to a company and finish to learn to drive truck heres what happen to me there my first day one the truck went ok but was upset cause the trainer had a few nude picthers of women in his truck and had porn movies and was very nasty and atleast 3 pee bottles in the truck i was a little scared but he said things will be fine and he will train me good well 7 days went by and i drove 11 hours a day 1 shower in 6 days and wasnt aloud to stop to eat real food i asked him if i could talk to dispatch cause i didnt like the way things were going he told me its his truck and if i didnt like it get out so i didnt bug him any more 5 more days passed and he started to get touchy feeling touch my butt a couple times and made hints about sex and talking about how he likes his thing played with while driving i tryed calling my friend to call covenant and get me off the truck the trainer told me when we stop i had to take a shower with himcause he only had one shower on his card i didnt know u got a shower and points on your card he wont even let me have a card i was afraid to go to sleep he did once have his thing out while he was driving and told me i could touch it after 19 days on the truck i begged covenant to get me off the truck and they routed us to chattanooga tn and i went to the safty man there and told him what happen and he said that they would look into it and they talked to the trainer and he said i was making it up and i was lieing and sinces hes a trainer its ok and they dont do anything wrong i had to find my own way home cause i told them i quit they wont give me a bus ticket i didnt get my pay till i was at home and it was for 67 dollars not 350 like they said so if there are any students or females thinking on going to covenant please dont go there they dont care and they lie

    Sorry to hear about this. There are some real losers out there. You did right by telling safety about this guy. I would follow up and see if they have done anything. However, it is your word against his.

    Don't let that bad experience run you out of the industry if you really want to drive. I would not go to a trucking company to get training do it thru an accredited driving school. I'd also look at more female friendly companies. I know Schneider is female friendly but i'm a male so you need to ask female driver's to get a better idea. Sorrry you had a bad experience.     You need to talk to an attorney and or legal service. they have the duty to remove you from that situation even on your word against his! this is wrong!

    i called a lawery and checked othere deals but i was told i have a bad dac report and now i cant get bin to driver any were and no they didnt do anything to the trainer

    Being she lives in Atlanta she should qualify for the "hope" grant and it will pay for her training at any technical school. It won't pay for dot physical or drug or bac test. It will last a full school semester and with professional accountable trainers.

    Be very picky when looking for a driver job, lot's of companies just suck! There are good ones out there, so don't give up.
