Florilli is a bad company

im still with florilli at the moment rigs even out side.

they have some servious saftey issues at this company filing dot complaint also as i type this. my pete has electrical problems that they wont fix. last week was on 180 heading into salt lake. truck ended up dieing on me while i was comming down the hill into salt lake. ran dead stick with 79800 pushing me til i got her slowed down enough to hit park city exit.

they still wouldnt fix it and was complaining about load being ontime. lol they dispatched me from champain il to stockton ca 2148 miles and less the 3 days to do it. thats fine in a 61 mph truck but not with 6 break downs. she died on me on donnor pass as well still hasnt been fixed.

they do get you to run illegal dodge scales from mo to tx because truck was 82k they didnt want to go back to reload it. thats my doing though could have told them to go to hell.

yah they will block your card,was supost to get here take 2 days off see doc for new script then take truck to davenport. tried reloading me back to davenport.told them have appt must see dock then can go. they shut down pay side and fuel side of card. im still owed about 6 k miles.

previous employer was covenant was there 4 years but wanted a local run but got sick of that so back to otr. have 10 years exp 1 mill safe miles closest thing to a ticket is a tail light and one scale violation

 

i didnt know about them had 47 trucking companies trying to high me. they were the first to set things up and had not herd anything bad about them. really wish i had done a check on them now.

been here 3 months now only other trucking job have had for less was central refrigeration. lol that was when swift took over dick simon and turned it into central. the take over took place while i was in orientation. other then that my record is clean

yah i know i can get another job lol, had to change number so many were after me to join up.

just got in and was filing a dot complaint and found this in web search

didnt know what to think with so many for and against this company.
so added my no bull assesment of the company and have documents to suport what ive said. so people can take it or leave it its up to them

 

was thinking of snider regional texas but havnt made a desision even though ive been excepted. think ill take a good look at the next company i work for.

all in all i did get good miles here. ive been against the 70hr rule a solid 10 days strait. normaly burn 50 to 65 hrs a week so miles are not bad.

 

not worried about were im sent or what i run as long as i get a good check i dont complain much

this last one ticked me off though.

i dont get scared eazly but when i went down that mountaine dead stick dash lights flickering that one got me a little lol.then to have them push it right after and have it do it on donner.

filed the complaint with dot just have to hit the send button. have a little talk with them in the am in a few hrs while im hovering over the send button. bad thing for them is i document everything. dont throw nothing away til its 6 months old.
