"Played"? No sorry. This is not a game. Facts are facts, regardless of how uncomfortable it makes you. And if you think racism is dead, especially in the trucking industry, you need to wake up.

Lemme get this straight. Your employer is so racist that he/she gave you a job in the first place? Please produce these facts you have that you were fired because your employee is a racist! You really should learn the meaning of racism.

OK, so just for you, Here's a Merriam-Webster dictionary definition... "racial prejudice or discrimination". Satisfied? (No, I am sure you aren't). Anyway, Let me help you get it straight, since you are clearly confused... YOU weren't there. YOU (clearly) aren't Black and dealing with this type of treatment/attitude in Mississippi for the last year and half like I have. And YOU aren't important enough for me to have to convince. Just because some people are uncomfortable (like you, it seems) with the subject of race or racism does not mean you just treat others as wrong when they have experienced mistreatment. You seem to be trying to convince YOU that I am wrong with all that over-simplified nonsense you typed. Since my 1 + 1 does not equal 2 in your mind, I am just wrong. I don't live in your version of reality and you don't live in mine. So, I'm done here. (Oh, and just curious... what color is the sky in the world that you live in?)

In the last couple of months, I've seen Big M trucks involved in several accidents. Two single vehicle run-off-the-road, one single vehicle rollover, and one rear ending a four wheeler on the interstate. This says to me that either they are hiring bad drivers or just have a company culture of operating in an unsafe manner. It's just striking to see one company's vehicles involved in so many accidents in such a short period of time. I, personally, have no experience with Big M, so my analysis of what this means is pure speculation. I'd love to hear a Big M drivers perspective on this.

Race could have played a factor on both sides.I say that because why did you call him a white guy why not just say a guy at the wash bay?So why didn't you move when he wanted you to?Kind of hard to fix anything with you and trk in his way wasn't it?Big M must be strict about weighing loads. If you weighed the load didn't you receive a ticket or something from the customer? That would have proved you weighed it.You are right about one thing, companies don't appreciate how many miles you do.Anyone whos been in this biz long enough knows its all an act when your company/dispatcher is nice to you.

So if things don't go your way in this industry you automatically think raciam played a role?If you get talked to or fired you think racism was the reason?Look around, there are a lot of blacks driving semis,I wonder if they feel the same way you do.I work with a black guy and no one singles him out.We all get along great.Companies don't care what color you are as long as you can do your job.Just because a company calls you in doesn't mean they're targeting you because of your skin color.

I personally haven't seen this thread till just now. Tennessee Trucker....if you see a thread or post you think is an issue use the report function to get our attention and we'll look at it, otherwise, if you continue to go around complaining about the moderating of this site in different threads you're going to end up getting banned for good. It's all up to you how this plays out...makes no difference to me.

To the rest of you....lose the race baiting garbage....there is no place on this site for that.
