MinStar or Transport 21 drivers

I drove for Minstar for almost a year. That 6k deposit you can forget it. Especially if you get a new Evolution. I know of drivers who worked there for years and hadn't paid that 6k off. I'm African -American and served over 16 years in the military. And the racism I faced there was appalling. Myself and at least 3 other African Americans had been sitting at the terminal since that Friday evening...some that day. A driver came in about 15-20 min. before they closed on Saturday. I had been going back and forth upstairs all day checking on a load. Lucky for me. They had and were trying to give this driver a 1500 mile run, but he wanted to go to Maine. After about the 3rd or 4th time of him saying no and me saying "I'll take it." The dispatcher finally gave me the load. One of several times it happened.

 

Funny I paid that deposit in less than six months,plus there are several African American drivers I know that love working here
