Methinks the problem might lie with the unrealistic expectations you have as evidenced by your job hopping. As I said, almost 5 years with Schneider and they are not a bad company to work for, not by a long shot!Last edited by Dava; 06.19.2012 at 01.02 AM.

Wait...the tandems locking up? How does the tractor effect that? Aside from the air to the trailer, where the tandems are located. If only one side of the tandems locked up, then it was a trailer issue, if both locked up, then I'd lean more towards air connections. If it was a low air issue, wouldn't he have seen/heard the alarm about low air? So quit saying it was the tractor when it was the trailer. Inconsistencies have mean leaning towards the OP is just a disgruntled EX-employee (hopefully) and doesn't want to take responsibility.
