We are a growing company and at times it may seem like you are not getting the response you are looking for, and for that I apologize.

 

Did you ever get the pay due you from these jokers? If not, I know about 5 more guys who have all been stiffed including myself, and maybe we can do a combined lawsuit to get our monies??? Let me know. I am not going to sit around and wait though, I am getting a lawyer as we speak.

 

They seem to be out of service at this time -and the fight to get money out of them is a long battle- as I have been trying for a long time know-the wheels of government are super slow - but I got to try because they should not get away with the bounced checks or the statement of it is not going to happen today- are not acceptable answers

 

They are a bad bunch- With no thought to the people who are making the money for them- there is a long list of ex employees to their credit- the expectation of land - air freight - they seem to be out of service as of 08-07-2013 - All I can think of is karma

 

They are running this ad in California today.

I was an owner operator with this company and they took me for $140000. I heard stories of people not getting paid from shady companies and these are the kind of people that will rip you off. They pretend to be Christian church going people, but they will rob you blind. Just ask around Carstairs and Crossfield they have more then a few unpaid bills. I was left in Fargo north Dakota for 2 days waiting for their fuel cards to work. I moved their trailer to Red Deer and did a lot of extras for them and was never paid, then they wanted to pay me in $500 monthly installments but the cheques never came. They try to hold you hostage by not paying you until you are under a load. My suggestion to anyone is to stay far away from these people. There are a lot of drivers and lease operators that will warn you about fcfs . I wish I would of listened, but stay far away from these people, they are the worst outfit out here, and ive worked for a lot of them

 

We can always get some liens slapped on them through the courts. Then the monies due us would come directly out of pay they are receiving from their loads. They are still delivering loads, so that means that there is income. Sorry truckertuff, that is a large amount of money. I totally agree with their front of being such good, Christian people, but we all know it's all for show. DO NOT DRIVER FOR FIRST CONTINENTAL FREIGHT, THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU. It doesn't get any clearer than that.

 

I too had to resign, because I didn't paid for my loads. They got the money because of my driving, but then couldn't pay me what was due! smh
