my JB Hunt Experience

I don't claim to know everyone's experience. But I do know mine. As far as the rest of the story. Ask away. I will try to answer any question you have about my experience. Are u a driver?

 

Does JB pay practical miles? What is JB's turnover rate? With all those happy drivers I would guess it's gotta be low.

 

believe they still use house hold movers guide and there turnover rate is 100% and i think thats why they are doing away with OTR fleet and going to FMS lot of O/O pulling there trailers

 

i drove for JBHUNT on thier Standard Furniture dedicated in 2002, it was a great account until they brought a new inexperienced project manager in from Lowell, then it all went to hades, miles were cut in half, Standard started to complain about late pickups because JB's junky backhauls were holding us out in the system and not getting us back to Bay Minette to get the loads picked up, they lost the account to Tango after 1 year, I left and went to work for Standard Furniture directly
