The plantiffs better hope their attorneys can argue a case better than they can write a brief. That was a very unprofessionally worded paper. I'm suprised a judge didn't throw it out and make them re-submit.

I sure hope they will achieve something and at least take their federal funding for training drivers. That should weed out a lot of compaies that take advantage of people.

 

Sorry just jumping in here...It is so funny... England is such a horrible company... We tell newbies all the time... they don't listen and then they get screwed and wonder why. some great advice is this "DO NOT DRIVE FOR CR ENGLAND"...lol the newbies that drive for England I think have mental problems...lol I never drove for them but I have seen well over a few handfuls of newbies get royally screwed over and over at England.

 

I agree with stranger, horrible brief on behalf of the drivers. What do you honestly expect CRE to say? "YEP, WE DID IT!!!" really? CRE are a bunch of bums, no question, but this is far from over as its not CRE first time around the block.

Even if the court shut them down today, they would be back tomorrow under a new name doing the same thing. Unfortunately it is down to individuals to research for themselves before making a decision to hire on with anyone. Anyone that believes a recruiter is naive to say the least.

 

having the case heard in CA is a big plus! keeps CR from having "home court advantage"
