You dont want to work for them if you value your hometime. They are so hard to get you a load home .. They have the potential to be a good company but their communication sucks and their managers can be nasty. Newbie Roger is good though. They charge you for the first 100 miles from hometime-dont pay you for them-they dont tell you that in orientation. Being a smaller company they get broker loads so you may sit a lot. They get the leftover loads that the big companies wont haul. No big companies, mainly out in the boonies..They hardly pay detention time and 35.00 is the max and you have to set 4 hours to even get that. the terminal shop always tries to shut you down by finding something wrong with the truck or trailer. so you sit more..they love you to decorate the truckstop but not your driveway.. I have been out here almost 4 mos. and I have sat abt 4 weeks of it. They dont have many drivers that work past 6 mos here. Feel free to ask me anything..Good Luck with your truck company hunting!

I mean, where do you live at? They told me that here in Indiana I am guaranteed 3 out of 4 weekends home with a full 2 whole days off. Just curious.

I live in MO. You have to give them 6 days notice for hometime. I am out two weeks at a time and i fight with them another few days to get me home. I have an emergency at home and they have done everything they can to keep me out.
