they bring you over do the company with out now lies here's what they did to me they brought me over with the promise of 40 cents per mile right in the beginning they stole 2 sets and told me they were going to put me to work at 38 cents per mile then they steal a nother 2 cents if you're idle time is not exactly were they want it to be .as for there a g.reat miles it's usually 200 miles to 300 miles at a shot you wait all day to get loaded then you wait all day to get unloaded were they promise you drop and hook .my pay checks were averaging 200 to 400 dollars a week and I'm practically living in there truck free this 6 weeks at a time do not come to this company this is the worst place I have ever worked in 28 years of driving

well your idle time has to be over 40% to lose the 2cpm so if your idle time is above that then you are probably not the kind of driver the company is looking for. i have been with them for 12 years and have seen nothing but good things. the only people that start at 40cpm is flatbed, if you are reefer then the best you start at is 38 witch is posted on their website under driver compenstation. if you are not making any miles i hope you have talked to someone about it cause i know that me and a lot of other other drivers are very happy, sorry to hear about your bad luck.
Blanche Thanks this. -
when i was there it was great at first. than they asked me to help cover some loads crossing washington. 200 miles loads. i said yea i could help. 3 of them a week. for a month and a half. when i called and talked to jason in dispatch he said he would get me some miles the next week. yep he sure did. get a message to load right down the road. i get loaded and send in my micros. get a message for a route change that they need me to come to the yard drop and hook on a time load that the driver could not cover then he would try and get me back to my first load. OK ill help right.....well get to the yard still didnt have any info. call night dispatch and they dont have the info. tell me to camp out for the night talk to jason in the morning. well first thing in the moring i am woken by the shop guys. they tell me they have an open work order on my truck. well i had asked to have it looked at because of a contious issue with the motor. no biggie it seemed. pull in to the bay to get told to get off the property i am fired. they claim i had a crimmianl recorded that i did not tell them about. funny thing is i dont have a recorded. so the dac me right. i fight that. now they say i violated company policies, had an un athorized passenger my wife who was approved and i was paying the insurance and is on my pay sheets, and that i lied on my app. they took off concealed criminal record. called them about that. got a run around bs line still fighting it. everytime i get it off they change things and redac me.....DONT GO TO DECKER>>>>>>

Sounds like every time someone has quit or got fired from a company, when they post it looks like one big run-on sentence, and all kinds of rambling. Am i noticing a pattern?
