If I submit such letter, will my company know about it? that it was me?
If I told them, my company push(allow) drivers to run over logbook, can scales stops MY truck often than usual? I don't want extra attention to my person, only to my company.
How do you report a company to DOT?

If your operating the equipment or know who is just have em ease on through and park in the inspection bay at a weigh station,The rest should take care of itself!

honestly, as many times as i have had hard times in life, i dont ever seek vengeance against anyone or company
they will get theirs, one way or the other, i got a thing about tattle-telling, learned it as a childWiseguywireless Thanks this. -
I was responding to the question of operating bad equipment,I must have read it wrong,My bad I know if Im operating something questionable and I have brought to the appropriate people attention and I get stonewalled and told to run well then Its on me to solve the problem and I promise you the DOT man really dont care about you or your company Not the ones Ive dealt with,Especially California what a refreshing experience that is,Everytime your within a 100 miles of a weigh station you here nothing but hands freaking out,But I digress,Dangerous equipment is just like a drunk driver,They give the innocent no choice in whats about to happen!
Jonathan E. Brown Thanks this. -
If you believe the equipment to be unsafe, it's your responsibility to tell the company to either fix it before you'll move it...or find someone else to drive their junk.
The same would apply to dispatching practices... -
