There is no such thing as a 1995-1996 T2000. The first ones were put on the road in 1997 and the full roll out of that model was 1998

Drivers are given protection by OSHA if the refuse to drive unsafe equipment and are retaliated against. When you drive the unsafe equipment you are just as guilty as the company.

 

Either he has type II diabetes which is legal when controlled. Type I is even legal if controlled and they have a waiver. If he doesn't have a valid medical card with the new self certification with the states he would have his CDL downgraded to a class D. I wouldn't think he was driving with neither.
