Why oh why do these drivers keep falling for these fleece deals....they're nothing but truck rentals!!

especially an 18 yr veteran driver...there's no excuse for falling for that scam.

Why would an 18 yr vet T call a load due to stress? Deliver the load, you should get written up for dumping a load. I'm not following, you're stressed because you aren't making money so you don't work?

How can they write you up if you're an independent contractor? Why didn't you check this forum out before you signed the fleece agreement? We would have told you to run!

Write up? Another driver delivered late? So? Told YOU to take time off? As an independent contractor? None of this adds up. Sorry man, but I call foul on this thread. Even though im anti JB hunt, this kind of stuff is foul ball.

:biggrin_2559:Im sorry, if you really had 18 yrs experience you should have had more sense than to sign a lease with jb ! You have signed a deal with the devil and now the devil wants his due !

Why are drivers still faliing for the ole Fleece Purchase? I agree with eveyone. After 18 years you should have known better. If it sounds to good to be true that;s because it ususally is. Wish you luck and run as fast as you can!!!

It's probably not even a fleece purchase but rather just a regular fleese where you never even got a shot at owning the tractor.

fleece purchase or fleece in general = here is my account number, take as much money as you need! My family won't mind and my bill collectors are cool with it. Why? I just don't get it. Own out right or just be a company driver.
