Wow. That takes balls. Sell out the company and not inform the lease drivers making payments on those trucks. My god. And no protection for these guys at all.

 

You know it's difficult to complete a lease program under any circumstances, but
Baldwin was nearly impossible I ran dedicated for nearly 5 years 7 picks 2 drops
A continues cycle my route never changed only my settlement depending on the financial situation they were in at the moment or if Kathy Baldwin was doing payroll! Every time I questioned the immediate answer was fuel mileage 5hen the following week my settlement would be correct! I had less than 4 months left before paying off the lease my odometer read 826, 000 miles of grueling non stop days without any kind of sleep only to be hit with a Haymaker! Oh I forgot to mention that the settlement checks were bouncing all over town no bank nor check cashing place would accept a ba Baldwin check my bank and many other would have there check held for 10 business days!pretty hard to support your family people ask me why my response is at one time it was fair but then I came so close to finishing I couldn't walk away just had to deal with it ! The Baldwin claim they are practicing Christian wow mind blowing but I believe there will be a day when they are judged

 

Obviously this is Dudley or Kathy ! How about the bounced checks? Or refinancing the trucks while they're under lease and while the drivers are busting there chops to survive you greedy people didn't
pay a dime to the banks and we had our hard work repo because of your greedy irresponsible behavior.

 

Yeah, I've seen a couple of Navajo tractors pulling Baldwin trailers. I work for a different carrier in Denver, we've got a couple of Baldwin trailers with kingpin locks on them sitting in our yard also.

 

That's because the bank is repoing them

 

My husband ran for Dudley for a bit he was nothing but, a cheat and scam artist both him and his wife we could never figure out where they were swindling is on his paycheck now we know! Making sure I contact a lawyer first chance I get home good to see that piece of #### is going to jail hopefully

 

Dudley is a scam artist and so is his wife Kathy. Biggest thieves I ever met. Including their safety Rick! I hope they all end up in prison!
