Well, other than learning that Koch occasionally fires drivers unfairly, what else do you have to say about them. According to orientation at USeless Xpress (I mean US Xpress) you will be fired for having any involvement in any fight. As for some big whig calling in and saying a driver cut them off, well it might be unfair, but can you blame Mr. Koch for CYA? Maybe so, but what else can you tell us about this company. How are they otherwise?

 

Wrong guy to cut off I guess. That's absolutely hysterical!!! I almost died laughing reading that one. Some of these schlubs have no luck whatsoever..

 

Yeah, they believe some people driving in the 4 wheelers....They also lie a lot since Stan Koch died. They have not ethics. The head dispatcher thinks the drivers are just numbers. This company has gone down hill and should be avoided by drivers at all costs. They will fire you and say in the same breathe apply in a yr. They make you look worse then you are they stack your DAC. KOCK SHOULD BE BLACK LISTED FROM ALL GOOD DRIVERS OR THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LICENSE....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...STAY AWAY FROM THEM...

 

They more then fire drivers occasionally, they lose up to 200 drivers a month. They have around 800 that is 1/4 of their drivers. It is not CYA. They do not respect the drivers at all. You are not given a voice although they have rep for the drivers. I was there for almost 12 yrs. They are now firing people for stupid reasons. If you go there they will treat you great in the beginning, lie to you and then tell you if you don't like it then leave. You sit all day waiting on loads cause they will not pre plan them. YOu get empty at 8am and sit til 5pm or the next day. Another trick they do is they tell you to head over to a customer, then when you have moved about 20 miles they send you a message never mind load has been cancelled. Now you wait til the next day to get loaded and guess what...NO LAYOVER PAY. They are pretenders there....If you go there Good Luck...but you have been warned.
