Oakley Transpotation

Uh oh!! I have heard them advertise a lot on Nemos show also

 

My husband hauls frac sand for Oakley in the Pa, WV, OH area. Does anyone happen to know what is going on with Oakley? Most of the trucks are sitting at the truck stops. My husband and most of the others have only delivered a couple of loads in the last 2 weeks. Thet sat empty for almost a week. Now they are telling drivers they have to go 2 to 3 hours to a certain shop to get a random truck inspection. After the truck inspection they say there is something wrong with the computer and they can not get you back in. My husband has been sitting empty 24 hours, they say the computer is still messed up. We are not sure if he should come home and get another job or wait it out.

None of the drivers know what is going on. Oakley is not telling them anything. Rumor is going around that Oakley lost a huge contract so they do not have anything for them to haul.

 

Hmmm but the commercial says" good Christian family first" company!!
i hope they do the right thing and let you know something soon

 

Funny I ran into a driver last night who told me about oakley in AR. and said it was good place to make a lot of money. Go figure, huh? Not that I was planning on signing on but just goes to show it pays to read up on others; experiences with a company.

 

peebles welcome to oil field work,one day you have a contract the next you don't,lots of sitting with frac sand also

 

Of course any oakley driver you ask will sing their praises, they get $3000 if they recruit you.

 

and Bruce Oakley doesn't have company drivers either
