Stay the hell away from these guys......Signed on with them 3 months ago,and haven't been home since.Tried 3 times to go back home, was told NO,moving into my new house,my wife ended up having to do it all by herself. The truck they assigned me broke down the first 4 trips.Fuel cards did not work for the first week, had to use Tchecks which the company took straight off my pay....lastly the safety department falsified information about a scale OOS in Truckee CA.Company sent false information to a tracking statistical website called Vigillo claiming I had been placed out of service,as a result 12 points on my cvsa score as well as claiming because of my negligence they got 12 points.I got pulled out of service for no trailer brakelights.DOT officer after inspection that I would not be fined, nor would the company, just needed to get it fixed.Mobile guy comes out to me finds a soldered connection within the pigtail had broke free shorting out and blowing 3 fuses. He replaced the wire and the connector, threw in 3 new fuses and I was rolling again free and clear.
About a month later I get a qualcomm message ordering me to a mandatory HOS course becuase I had been cited for driver fault on the scale OOS!!!!.NOWHERE on my scale report that I turned in did it show ANY violation or citation, yet somehow the company reported to this website that I WAS and consequently had 12 points assigned against my CDL. Thus costing me my quarterly safe driver bonus of 3 cents per mile, and I still haven't gotten my money back for the tcheck issues months ago.

Nope stay away from these guys......................:biggrin_2552:

if your smart you'll stay away from this company as a lease operator, They know what they should pay you for and they don't this would be considered stealing. they lie about how much there going to pay you when they hire you, after your hired you find out it's a lot less, the lease operators are treated like crap the best you can do is not get hired as a lease operator, second best thing you can do is not get hired on as a driver, the only thing I can suggest run like hell from this company unless you don't mind working for free and starving , they have lots of lease operators who have handed in there trucks and company drivers who have quit, run from this company of thieves and don't look back. any company like this one don't drive for them, they eat steak well I eat crap, and can't pay my rent and ruin lives please run .

Really sorry you had problems. Hopefully you can recover. Sounds like yet another company with a horrible lease purchase plan. Well, horrible for drivers, good for the company.

Janet, I see you are new here. I encourage you to read and research here on this site. Tons of informatoon on here on hundreds of companies. It helps us all make sound decisions about our next job. Welcome, and good luck.

if i am not mistaken the company does report this to the CSA it is done by the DOT that assigned you the tickets, why would a company want to report that to the CSA that makes no sense. Also if you get a warning ticket that goes against your CSA no matter if you fixed the problem there or not, so I dont think you can blame the company for that one, happens at every company that has a driver issued a ticket of any kind, warning or not.
as for the money I feel your pain, I had this happen to me back in the late 80's with a company that is now out of business. DTI would issue you a advance to fix their truck or get fuel and then you would fight like hell to prove it was not a personal advance, cost me well over 2k back then.

hard to recover from a company who burns you for years, they don't care about there employees
you try to stick it out with them hope that things might get better, the longer you stick it out with them the more they burn you, and you go deeper into debt. they should be ashamed of themselves, these are human beeings who deserve to make a proper living, this company worries more about there NSC numbers than the employee, they pick on the innocent. no hard working employees should ever be treated in this manner, these guys are only trying to make an honest living .

I added the location to the thread title, to make sure we discuss the right company.
