Looking at everyone's age, it appears that we are all adults. If I said here that my training was not proper in my opinion, why would anyone want to ridicule me for having felt that way? Maybe the training was not right for the person who said it wasn't. Maybe for someone else, it would have been ideal. A teacher/trainer is like a tutor in school, they are suppose to give each of their students individualized training to help with their driving. Not all students require or need the same areas of help. All of this is in my opinion of course but if I were being trained, and the trainer felt like he could go to sleep, I would think he could do me a favor and just go ahead and tell them company I am doing so good that I am ready to go. Do us both a favor, get on with your next student and let me get on with my job making more money doing the same thing. WHY NOT? Sorry but it seems like some people are attacking others for their opinions and I just don't think it is fair. State your own opinion if you please but without acting like your's is more correct or important than someone else's. Opinions are not always based on simple facts that can be proven or not. ? Is the glass half full or half empty ? I hope we can all be friends, I am here to learn from all of you about getting back into the industry. I hope you all will continue to offer your help to me. Hey LBGT... Can you give me more info on your Crete experience and why you want to go to Roehl please? I had come down to those two companies as a final selection for my career restart.

you should mention that they put thier dispatchers above drivers. so when you call requesting help they tell you to go screw. when you say the same thing back they tell you its unprofessional and to #### off.

oh and dont forget the part about when you are terminated you arent allowed to unpack your own rig. themechanics do it for you. which means they take what they want and give you the rest. i had 3% of my personal belongings stolen by the mechanics who unloaded my truck. including some cloths, tools, a good portion of my food supplies, and threw away personal affects such as a christmas card send to me by a dear friend; a photo of 4 of my cloeset friends i consider family to me. the card i found on my way out the door the picture never to be seen again.

great company to work for.... just dont get fired, dont trust thier routing AT ALL. and above all else DO NOT ASK FOR HELP FROM DISPATCH. DISPATCHS HATES YOU. they sit in thier fancy smacny cubical i thier pathetic exsistance of a life and act like they are god over you. smite you when they wish.
