Their facebook pages have a message box up on the right that you can send them a message. It does not show on the page, but they get it.

Give me a break. All these companies will pay to get you home if you quit. The least they can do is pay to get you and your stuff home if you die on one of their trucks.

I never even thought about how its considered one of the worst things for a driver to do is abandon a truck but completely OK for a company or owner to abandon a driver dead or alive.:mad: SMH!!! What a shame!!!

Maybe because in their warped mind, a driver who dies in the truck abandons it and they cannot see a way to collect for it.

mje and Sly Fox Thank this.

Dear god I worked for a company that had a driver get arrested for stealing guns off of his load!! And yet they had someone take all of his stuff and this dude had a #### tone of crap from FL to TN for his wife and kid!

This is truly a shame that a company puts human decency and respect behind money and profits. It's the way of the world now! Honestly I don't understand how the executives and admin. at srt can sleep at night treating this drivers family with such disrespect. This proves that to all these large mega carriers that we are just a piece of meat to fill a seat they could care less about your health and safety. I'm so glad I got out of the corporate mega carrier trucks and found a small family owned company to drive for. Best decision I ever made! Shame on srt and shame on any driver that tries to defend them!

It's because there's thousands of dollars poured into that truck whereas there isnt much to nothing put in the driver. They can replace a driver, they stand more to lose with abandoned loads, abandoned/destroyed equipment.

Is it right? No. Do you expect better from a company in an industry that demands the trains are ran on time, no exceptions?

    mje Thanks this.
