TGT BULK in Cranbrook BC

My husband who is an O/O worked for him for a couple months. Really bad news. Had to end up taking him to small claims court. Now we wait to see if we get anywhere with this. Wont go into too much detail, but trust me on this one..stay away.

 

I just stumbled upon this forum and was intrigued by your post respecting Guy Liboiron and your seeking legal recourse in small claims court.

Guy Liboiron hired our company to haul various materials. He refuses to remit any of the owed monies. We have filed a small claims action against his numbered company.

Would you be able to clarify what your small claims action is respecting and possibly chat on the phone with me regarding the same?

I would greatly appreciate your input and look forward to your response.

Hubby was hired to haul Ore out of Teck Cominco mine. Dot found Ore dumped off on side of road so they shut him and his drivers down till they figured out who did it. Never did find out exactly who did, but Guy blamed Teck for non-payment to drivers, when in fact it was Guy who never paid. Hubby waited one month to see if Guy was going to find another contract for them. Never did, and never paid the money owned. Lots of phone calls and texts back and forth and then Guy stopped responding. Refused to pay what was owed. Then hubby received a bill in mail for almost exact amount of what was owing him claiming trailer rental fees that hubby never signed for and damages to equipment. Total fabrication to get out of paying what he owed hubby. 14 days are up for him to respond to small claims so looks like he does not give a crap bout it. No surprise. Never ever do business with him.
