For the record our dealership a "Freightliner dealership" is owed a significant ammount of money. Guy went from excuse to excuse to lie, to lie, to not returning his calls to his phone number disconnected........ Dont do business with this man.

 

Just wondering if your company has decided to take him to court? Hubby just took him to small claims and he refused to pay a dime, even though mediator told him he was going to lose if he was taken to Civil Court. Needless to say I guess hubby will have to take him to Civil Court.

 

Well it looks like yet another company is taking Mr. Liboiron to court..National Leasing Corporation Inc just took him to Supreme Civil court in Vancouver..

 

Finally got some justice today. Guy never showed in court so Judge awarded payment order. Judge actually called him and Guy made all sorts of excuses why he couldn't make the court date. If anybody needs his cell number we have it. he was too dumb to change that.

 

Guy's number has changed. He hasn't updated his contact info on any sites or anything but it is no longer the one on all the sites. You won't be able to contact him via his old number. The number seems to have moved onto another person as well.

Oh Dear..so sorry for your company. Small Claims court gave hubby legal rights to seize assets of Guy, but he has liens against every vehicle and equipment that Bailiff could find. Next step would be to get a lien against his house. Gonna cost him more money if he wants to pursue this in court. This man has no regard for the law. He is as shady and defiant as they come. Best of luck on this one..he has no intention of paying anyone back one red cent.
