So after quite awhile of trying to go O/O and only getting crappy lease to own offers, I went and applied as a Team with Pam Transport. The mileage rate offered was ok (46cpm) and the gig was good too (STL to Bloomington, CA turn and burns with two days off consecutive after your rotations, so basically 2 turns, then two days, 1 turn, then two days, repeat). After going through the entire hiring process, I was informed via email that the "new" pay for teams was going to be (19cpm with a 2cpm premium for hazmat) then the recruiter (Erin Love) goes into telling me that they pay for NYC, LOading and Unloading, and all sorts of other BS that I wouldnt be doing on this "dedicated" account anyways. Has anyone else recently got the bait and switch from these people? Also, if anyone is aware of a company that is looking to hire a safe, efficient team out of the STL area, send me a message, Id be happy to check it out. Thanks
PAM issue?!?!?!

What do you expect from any company owned by Matty Mahoon.

If you are a team then apply at Old Dominion. I have some friends that work there as a team since 2000 and they love it. OD pays great, and have plenty of work. Forget the truck load loser companies.
