Wrong. We had a brokerage company for a while and the registration was on a trucking, and we corrected it to its own. Our company name has never changed. The equipment problems are drivers also because they do not tell us their problems or do their pre trips. The license, a driver forgot his license and another did not know his license was revoked for a ticket. Said drivers are still with us. Same for the physical. The driver forgot his new one. Unfortunately FMCSA punishes the company for drivers' stupidity. We've asked if they would fix it and they would not. We do not owe any drivers any money. We usually lose money because of drivers that come in doing good and then all the sudden get lazy. I can tell you everything that is on our CSA and 100% of it is because of drivers. We have been around for ten years with the same name and we have some drivers that have been with almost almost that whole time. We must be doing something right. Do some more research on us before judging.

Wrong, are you saying the FMCSA website is incorrect? It's all been posted on here for everyone to see. You need to check it out yourself! It is the company's responsibility to verify a driver is qualified and verify drivers logs to insure they are running legal. If they aren't it's your responsibility to do something about it. Don't put all the blame on the driver. It also shows your authority was involuntarily revoked twice. I guess that's the fault of the driver also? -
