Just wanted to see if u could post this for the truckers:
There is a company named Grant trucking heavy haul inc. that is running a scam on drivers. It is supposed to be owned by a joe grant and managed by a brian turnipseed. They ask you to fill out an application and money gram them $100 for your background and drug test. They then have you come to a hotel where you will sit. Joe talks to everyone like they are nothing...extremely rude and leaves brian to deal with the drivers. After a few days of being told they are waiting for fuel cards they then say they have to go to another state to handle a few things. Then they never return!! So please please please dont be fooled by this company, this man or this scam. Many drivers,, my husband included quit their jobs, gave up their trucks and homes for this job and were left sitting at a hotel. Some dont even have a way home!! Just returned from this after i found out the company isnt licensed and has never been heard of!! They advertise on a site called granttruckingheavyhaulinc.com....plz beware and save urself the hassle...wish i would have!!
This is not a joke! !! Get the word out!!

I think your first clue is a guy named Turnipseed!
That's like an Indian that called me last week and told me his name was Bob Smith, lol. I said what is your name. Again he said Bob Smith and he couldn't even say it right. I couldn't help but horse laugh him. He got mad and hung up on me.pattyj Thanks this. -
Well a little looking there is actually a guy named Brian Turnipseed on Facebook and claims to work for that company. He talks like a driver.
That company doesn't exist in the FMCSA database. The trucking website exist. The address listed in Jacksonville is an empty lot. The phone number tracks to a mobile in Daytona Beach.
One of his FB likes is a site called Throwing Money at the Screen. You go there and there is cartoon screaming "Shut Up and Take MY Money".
His website was opened 12/1/13.
Here's the FBI fraud website. Look in the box on the bottom right for reporting.
Make sure you tell them how you found them whether it was a Craigslist ad or what.

His domain name is through Tucows and his website is through VistaPrint. They'll shut him down but the FBI will arrest them if what you say is true.bullhaulerswife and ashbrenneisen Thank this. -
