im the guy that started this post,no i wasnt fired, just cheated out of money. they gave me a load close to philadelphia which was paid but the deadhome wasnt, 530 miles unpaid, i could either sit there for 3 days or go home unpaid,thats the choice they gave me. there were another 12 ad transport at that consignee given the same treatment.,this is common .i talked to other drivers doing different loads. they never paid me layover pay or detention pay. i did a ford load with 4 stops to dealerships that required me to help with unloading ,that was never paid. no driver i talked to there gets 3000 miles easily, its more like between 1500 to 2200, go there talk to the drivers. they try to manipulate you out of your money,i went to a meeting,listened to their bs and never got paid. its easy for a company rep to become a member to this site.

 

are you actually a trucker or that ad express recruiter that called my mothers house asking her where i worked at... why,do you want to know, i guess it would be to get me in trouble or fired.,like they would listen to you. so, you dont believe in my right to freedom of speach. i had good positive attitude when i made a 1000 dollars a week, but after 3 months of making 600 dollars a week or less that disappeared. noone gives me nothing for free, why does ad express expect free stuff, like driver unload,no detention, some unpaid deadhead,no layover. im a nice guy,im just telling it like it is. at the same time as the above wasnt being paid, ad transport built a million dollar extension to their building. that to me is disgusting and immoral. there are us labor laws. i borrowed money 2 times in my life and i made sure to pay it back asap because im moral. these people try to get away with not paying you for certain work, and will commit perjury in court. its all about money and greed.
