    I was just about to board a plane for New Jersey and took some time to browse around on The Truckers Report. I have to say the warnings about USA-Logistics in Wayne, New Jersey are all true and here are a few more tidbits....
    The company pays you as a 1099, wake up drivers we are not 1099's ever !! we are W-4's and nothing but.
    I can advise you that when you work as a 1099 you are not entitled to unemployment nor workers compensation if you re injured on the job, but if you are injured you can get a compensation lawyer and sue them for not carrying required insurance for legal operation and also report them to the unemployment department in the state they are registered in.
    The companies are operating illegally and are shortchanging you in the mean time.
    Good Luck drivers, but stay away from USA-Logistics.

    i worked 1099 for a little company out of Chicago last year it was nice to see checks for 1400. to 2100 i could easily pay my own health ins. but i had to run like an outlaw work the books dodge the scales it was fun but wasnt gonna last long.
