Western Express Trucking is full of crap

    I am warning anybody who applies to western express dont waste your time.the recruiters tell u lies to get u down there then ot turns out to be nothing like u was told.i stayed in orientation one day and wasn't pleased at all with anything they had to offer.a lot of guys went back home.i wished i would have read the reviews before going.they promise breakfast and lunch and feed u cereal and oatmeal with no meat.and give u cold cuts for lunch. I advise anyone dont waste your time u will be disappointed.the pay is not what they said it would be either

    Rule #1 don't count much on what they give you nobody owes you anything but the truth and a hand shake on agreement ....thing is we don't have that these days
    Rule# 2 be ready to back yourself up anytime you deal with any trucking company these days
    Rule#3 you can bet I'm telling you the truth ....god bless ya

    yeah. I excepted an offer from Western Express. After a crappy bus to Easton, PA I get a surprise roomate! now listening to him snore instead of resting up for tomorrow. I knew I'd basically get screwed in the beginning of this but this was a surprise. and of course this room is tiny.

    Maybe they'll send him home after the physical for possibly having sleep apnea. Every time I hired on with a company I made sure I got my own room even if I had to pay for it. I had my share of bunking up days working on the road before truck driving. Stick a clothes pin on his upper lip. He gets to snoring good it'll beat him in the nose and wake him up. :)

    ha. ain't his fault i'm listening to him snore. seems like a nice enough guy. cheap motel too. so they're probably saving $30 for my misery. if i wasn't soo broke i would definitely get another room.
