This company is a complete lie.they say you are not force dispatch but every load is cheap and that include oversize loads,I never seen a OD load that pay less than a 1$ a mile.you run 2000 to 3000 miles and owe them money. When you finaly make a good check they take half and say we will reimburse you next week

    Please explain. Makes no sense.
Only thing I can GUESS is that you are one of those guys that take out "Advances" all week long, and then wonder where the money goes.
You people DO realize, that an Advance is not just "free money" don't you?

Clown if you only get 150$advance a week and drop atleast 2 oversize loads in one week both 1200 miles a piece and do not owe money how can you justify a- check.I guess you work there in off they all white .Problem is dispatcher say load pay this amount on computer but settlement say smaller amount according to truck attorney is not legal.I am not looking for a fight are simpathy ,i am posting to help myself and another working person. If you work why you can not get paid

As an owner op, I had a terrible experience at ATS. Cheap freight, the higher paying loads typically go to the heavy haul trucks in any area, even though they are legal loads. They typically do give lease drivers first choice, though they wont tell you that. Always trying to get you to the northeast with $1.70 loads only to come out empty or with $1.25 if your lucky. Never made such little money in my career. I dont take advances, never have. Just a bad company that dupe drivers into paying for thier trucks.

Something to keep in mind. They own the dealership that the trucks come from, the lease company that contractss you, the shop that works on thdm, and the granite company that you haul from out oc Minn. They have thier hand in the pot before you ever pull a load.

O.k. Bozo....you didn't mention you were doing the Lease/Purchase program (though I don't blame you for not wanting to admit it)---that's why I asked you to explain your original post.
No; I do not work in the office...nor do I drive for them....nor do I know anyone that drives for them...all I know is your original post didn't make any sense; and if you want advice, or a shoulder to cry on, you have to be clear on what you're talking about. Don't be lazy, and give people enough information to go on.

Your original post might as well have said "ATS blows"...it is just as much as you gave us, and done with 8 letters and a space.
