stay away from KLT INDUSTRIES in Webster, MA

Don't work for KLT INDUSTRIES. They will force you to run overweight and over your hours. The equipment is junk but they wash and polish them to look nice. They have no respect for each other. If you call out, they will threaten to fire you. If you request time off for a doctor's appointment, they will threaten to fire you. I had to call out because my car wouldn't start. They said to take my wife's car. I told them I couldn't because she needs it. They said they didn't care, it wasn't their problem. Performance and seniority doesn't mean anything. It's all whether or not they like you. If you don't kiss ###, bow down to them, or aren't sleeping with them, you will be treated like crap. They are getting sued by several former drivers. They are very shady and the owner is very paranoid.
