Hostility is not the reason CR ENGLAND abuses drivers.
As proof two brothers opened their own well paid company and it
ran successfully for years. (It was called PRIME.)

Here is the proof that you can treat your staff with respect and still
make money. All had the same father, and the father was fair.

CR ENGLAND is run by the rules of centuries ago where men and women weren't much more than beasts of burdern. The old man's sons are the problems. And remember how mormons love money. And influence. And servitude. Don't compare them to other faiths, what they are is very clear in their books which you can buy and read.

In all reality, it doesn't matter how the Mormons view life, they are an incorporated business in the United States that are bound by the same rules any other business is.....Injecting religion into your employment practices is illegal....what they do when they go home is no business of anyone, but when they are in the office they are supposed to conduct business just like a Catholic, Protestant or whatever......I kinda get irked by the Covenant Trucks too....with their little pro-life crap all over the back of them....I have no qualms with people practicing any religion they want, but the advertisements for it drive me up a wall...I just wanna spray paint over every Jesus Loves you billboard I see....

By the way...Mrs. Fuzzy is right. I've heard the stories about the good ol days at England. The elder Mr. England worked hard to build his trucking company. I have the utmost respect for him. But what came next I have nothing but contempt for. It's too bad we grow old and wither away. England may still be a good company if that were not the case.

Highest salary my relative cleared was nearly $2,000 and change. For a regular week. He was so happy, finally earning a decent salary. Euphoria was shortlived.

How much he keep that week? He owed CR England at the end of the pay period.

Another week: One check was for $7.00
Then there is the beaut of them all. Another one for $1.00

The majority were minus numbers or catch up to payments credits.

I'd paste the stubs here but when the truck's steering mechanism broke causing it to roll over at high speed, the window broke and lots of papers and other itimes got sucked out into the night. The driver broke fingers hanging onto the steeting wheel, other injuries of course.

There is a statement here, handed over by CR England's accounting department ... loss in 3 months, $7,500.

If you're wealthy and need a legal tax loss, this is the place to work.

I use to work for this racket. I'm so glad about.of there. I work for 6 mnths and made under $3k. All England knows how to do is deduct, deduct, deduct. I have a question - I signed a 6 mnth lease. My truck is sitting at an England school. I have 4 mnths remaining on my lease. Would it be good to drag out the lease then turn it in or do.it now? If.I wait they can't get me for breaking the lease early. If.I do it now I'm sure they'll try and get me for a voluntary repo. Which is lesser of the two evils.
