    Sounds normal ,they all need drivers ,but they don't want to pay ,so they will lie to get a warm body in their equipment

    Oh, I've been gone for awhile. Another team I know just left after they had it out with them. They were on a "guaranteed" X miles each week and if they didn't get their miles, they'd be paid anyway. Had slow down and didn't get their miles but were told they weren't getting paid because they didn't run the miles. What happened to the "guaranteed" pay? Glad I'm gone!

    Oh yeah ....the guaranteed miles thing ,then they threaten you with it if you don't jump thru the hoops ,you don't qualify

    Not a place you want to work at. Gone down hill fast since the new owner took over. Mike from TLI in russellvile ar. Was told to my face " you are nothing but an employee". I left.
