Hey, Buddy. Good to read your froth. Talk about an eager-beaver, boy. Today's your day off and you're STILL at the recruiting thing. What's up? Are you feeling some heat over there at JB? Probably. Maybe this is because a higher number of your highly-qualified, cream-of-the-crop drivers left this past week and you have a bunch of trucks to fill now.

If I once farted too loud in a terminal, will this disqualify me from one of these great jobs you're talking about? Sounds like it probably will.

I'd rather be disqualified for those jobs because there are no openings for those jobs to begin with, but hey....this is JBH we're talking about. There will be plenty of openings to be filled, and plenty of schmucks like you working overtime on a Saturday phishing for fools.

You've been banned, and that's too bad really. I write this reply because I know you won't be able to resist coming back here to read what we have to say about you and your splendid outfit. You'll be back, for sure. I know you'll find a way. You know, JB Buddy, I've been telling guys here for a while that you insiders, especially the JBH insiders, look down on drivers and believe them to be some lower form of life. You're proving me right even more than I could hope any insider could.

I would give you my phone number, but I know you'll start bugging me at all hours of the day and night out of desperation trying to get me to come drive your trucks. Trucks that have become empty because of the drivers who walked away from your supposed "good jobs" and "great company" last week or even yesterday. Why do they walk, JB Buddy? I mean, ####, these are great jobs according to you. What gives? I already know what gives, and so do a lot of guys who'll be saying "no thanks" to your turd on a paper plate. You claim you only take the "best of the best", but my advice to you is to work on keeping those drivers who are already working for you. You know, those drivers who are already "good enough" and have been loyal employees for days, weeks, or months before they walk away from you.

I will refer to this line from your post:

"The JB ship is sinking? Lol I think like I told the other person posting...you need to go look at our financials online."

You don't get it, but that's no surprise here. Pansies who've never had it tough don't ever get it. Just you being here tells me to stay away from you. No, I won't be checking your financials. Why the hell would I want to do that? Financial reports mean nothing. Herd behavior at a company means everything. And what a herd it is that leaves JBH every week. It reminds me of the old Chisolm Trail, there are so many drivers making the exodus from your outfit. All I have to do is look at JBH's turnover and know I want no part of that company. It may not be a sinking ship, just a rat-infested, rotting hulk that needs to be put out of our misery.

See ya soon, JB Buddy. About 10% of your driving force will be quitting you this week, so I guess you'll need to keep coming back here begging. But I like it when you come back begging. It proves me even MORE correct, as well as about 500 others around here, when I say:

Death before working at J.B. Hunt.

    $70K a year ?? with JB Hunt??

Will you send me some of what you've been smoking? Me and my friends are having a get together this weekend and need a hook up.

Clean DAC, Clean MVR...been clean forever. Good referances from all but one company since 1985...and I don't meet your requirements? Must be one of those jobs where the bonuses are made at the truck stop...and one of the requirements are that you be gay and for sale.

You guys brought up some good points about JB's requirements. That guy right there proved himself to be a lying sack of .... talking about how tight their requirements are.
Every body knows this to not be true.

As a 'soon to be' driver, I can tell how this company treats their drivers from how the recruiter(who represents the company) speaks of himself(the company).
Yeah, you wouldnt want to be 'one of them'. Youd hate that wouldnt you? Just imagine what your drivers feel when they see the chicken feed on their paycheck.

He's a typical leech who lives off the sweat of hard workers. I guess he's glad there is so much turnover at JBH. If JB drivers stopped quitting, he'd be out of a job.
