Well the final straw was when I requested a dedicated run from Laredo Tx too Janesville Wi that would run me around 2800 miles a week...Wow that just what I need and be home on the weekends great.. Well when I ask they said yes but I would have too drop from 35cpm too 28 cpm SAY WHAT>?? well if you want it you need to take a pay cut I asked why you still get paid the same for that load and besides I am at the top of the seniority list this should get me some perks. No they said if you want too be home weekend you need too take a paycut....I tried too compromise with them said i would take a 5 cent pay cut but they still said no! well I gave it up and went out on the road well came too find out that one dedicated driver was making his 35 cpm when i confronted them with this they said it was none of my business what they paid other drivers well i walked went on vacation took out my 401 k and walked 12 yrs of hard dedicated service for them and didn't get respect!

Maybe that's what PAM means by "driving a fine line" -but as a driver you are the one responsible. As a last resort stop at any scale and ask for a DOT examination of the truck = PAM will fix it then.
