Dont work here!!!!!!!

DO NOT Work at DYNAMIC TRANSIT in granite city illinois! They are not american owned and how they run business shows it, especially how they treat employees. Lie about pay, runs, equipment, raises, claim to be family based and not. If you have a family do not work here run the opposite direction. If you choose to work here do not ever leave even on good terms because they will not pay you your last checks and turn off your insurance which is not legal. They only paid me $8 an hour, for last two paychecks, which they kept becuase they said I had to pay back travel and hotel for orientation. I should have had a check for at least $700 and $300 for the last week and now nothing. They are rude, no respect if you are not the owner's family, which is not american. Do as you please, but take this from an american, NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK AT!! DYNAMIC TRANSIT IS JUST AS BAD AS JB HUNT SWIFT WERNER IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. I hope this helps on your job hunt adventure, wish i had somebody to warn me before I started with them.

I worked for them for going on 6 months. So yes I can be critical of their practices. I wouldn't make a post if I hadnt been there long enough to learn how they operate. The owner is a foreigner and he runs things like his own country not like here. So yes I and several other employees have quit for the same reasons. If you want to be lied to treated like dirt under his feet etc feel free to go work there. I'm just warning people about my experience and others that have worked there. There were three in my orientation class and i was the only one who made it past a month. Im not a quitter I left for a better opportunity and I left the right way and I still got treated like I posted above. So like I said you want to be treated like crap then feel free to work there.
