I think more detail on what they did that lead you to quit then would do a lot better than some one-line that looks like a 3rd grader wrote it.

Sounds like a fish story to me. I've been with them for 6 months and have gotten excellent miles and the paychecks to show it. In fact, I'm about to trade in my current truck for a brand new one. The reason they have such a high turnover rate is because they hire on rookies fresh out of school, who decide after about a year that life on the road isn't for them. That's becoming more and more common these days. Meanwhile, the veterans are retiring, leaving a shortage of drivers overall. All companies both, big and small have driver shortages because of this.

Sadly everyone that quits has not got there final check according to their post here. One guy even said they withdrew his last direct deposit.
2nd there is no driver shortage truckingjohn. There is a shortage of companies treating drivers right causing high turnover. After every driver has tried a company and been screwed, you run out of potential good drivers.truckinmike1984, drvrtech77 and TruckingJohn Thank this. -

I can understand where u are coming from. I worked there from august 2013-January 2014 and they caused me to pay dot citations out of my pocket and i did not even receive these fines. I had to pay 350.00 total for 3 fines and told me id be reimbursed for those on my next check. Then when payday came around i did not get reimbursed for those fines and they refused to pay me for the load that I had ran when i paid these fines. They still owe me 800.00 but i know ill never see that money from them. So if the first post isnt a good reason to stay away maybe this one is.

I agree that some rookies dont understand what it takes to be a road trucker. A lot of rookies arent actually rookies. Like me here are many military vets who drove for their branch of service and then when we got out the civilian companies tell us that our experiences does not count and we have to start from scratch. That sux trust me.

One has to wonder what the heck was going on down there. I'm sorry to hear that happened to you. Hopefully, I dodge that bullet. Where were you dispatched out of?
